Found out that I tested positive for the 'rona today.  I expected it as my daughter and wife got it, so just figured it was just a matter of time.

 

I'm not really feeling that bad, and the weather was nice, so I went out to a place i knew I could distance myself and still exercise those muscles, mind and walk my dog.

Did some post processing in Nik Analog Efex Pro 2.

I like this set, Andrew. That Zfc is really something I am taking more notice of these days. Who knows…

 

I had the omicron in Feb. I didn’t bother to go get tested, but having 5 of the major symptoms I was pretty sure I had it. It lingered for a few weeks and wasn’t like any other flu or cold I have had before. The fatigue was the biggest thing for me. I’d be feeling fine and then all of a sudden I would have to go lie down. 

 

Weird thing is my wife and son who still lives at home never got it. I administered myself ginger tea daily as well as an intake of raw garlic cloves swallowed whole. Hope you get well soon.

I hope it passes soon as well.   I've upped my intake of zinc and echinacea as I would do with any cold/flu in the past.  The symptoms seem mild at this point - praying they stay that way.   If not for me, at least for my dog's sake.   One of her favorite parts of her day is our daily hikes and no one has the endurance or desire to walk as far wityh her as I do!
