  1. Fujifilm X20, solarized in post.
  2. I brought the X20 along and here are some shots.
  3. So I turned 50 yesterday and my family gave me a gift voucher to be spent at my photo dealer. As it happened they had just received a batch of the new Fujifilm cameras. I plunged into the Fuji-water and got this little, swell camera. I am very pleased with it so far. Short list pros: - good highlight recovery files - fast AF - best viewfinder I've seen in a compact (I can see the entire frame even when using glasses) - useable up to ISO 800-1250 (for intended on-screen shows) Short list cons: - battery life stinks (easy fix) - command dial on the back a little nervous (not an easy fix) Will investigate further in coming days. Meanwhile, here's a cropped shot from tonight (on my way to the supermarket so no fancy capture settings possible). I have pushed the colours quite a bit so there might be some faint artifacts to it.
  4. Albeit a little overwhelmed by the scene it is still a valuable part of the image...in my mind at least.
