    I wanted to get the detail on the iris Used the live view on the computer to position my self AF in liveview, at or near minimum focus distance Aperture priority ISO 100 F8 (1/50 sec) lighted my eye with the lamp of my cell phone Click the mouse to shoot Cropped about 30% Guess I'm not 100% perpendicular to the camera, the bottom left of the iris is sharp, but not the top right, which maybe ok as it is not lighted that well on that area I was half blind for a good half an hour ...
