  1. The showroom of the company I work for (home appliances) has been renovated. The aim is to create a more homely atmosphere. I took a few quick snaps, somewhat hindered by the use of 25mm (=50mm) and 45mm (=90mm) MicroFourThirds lenses. Next time I'll bring the Panasonic 12-32mm lens along for wide-angle and incorporate more of the high-tech appliances in the images. All images shot with an Olympus E-M10 camera.   7. Sometimes you encounter people who express very clear they don't want to be photographed. Like the man in this image. Sometimes it pays off to be a little cheeky and press the shutter anyway. What would you have done in this situation?

    There's a flower and balloon shop at the airport where I have to switch trains on my daily commute. Now and then I check on, and photograph, their latest arrivals. Olympus E-M10 +Olympus 25mm f1.8. 1/30sec f4 iso1.600. Processed in Lightroom.

  10. One of the reasons I've bought a Micro Four Thirds camera plus some lenses is the fast primes mostly perform excellent already wide-open and focus very fast. Also the small size and almost silent sound of the shutter allows me to shoot discreetly in public spaces.   16. The convent of San Marcos in León, Spain is today an operating luxury parador hotel. It also contains a consecrated church and museum, and is one of the most important monuments of the Renaissance in Spain. It is one of the greatest architectural jewels of León. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
  17. Very impressive as are most of Spain's historical buildings. All very well maintained. The cathedral's almost 1,800 square meters of stained glass windows are one of the main touristic attractions of the cathedral. The great majority of them are original, which is a rarity, and date from the thirteenth to the fifteenth century. They are among the world's finest stained glass works. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
