  4. Thank you Dallas. The camera is very nice to handle, lightweight and with a good grip . As I walk all day during my photo sessions it is a joy. Image quality is similar to my D5, but I suspect not in low light photography. I have to confirm that. Three things I don´t like so far: 1- Batteries: I have to manage it more carefully and always carry a spare in my pocket. With My D5 and D4s I don´t have to worry about it. One battery fully charged in those cameras lasts almost one week for me, shooting everyday. 2- I like to use manual focus lenses and I miss the white/green dot focus confirmation when using these lenses. The peaking highlights sucks for my kind of photography (street and landscape). Maybe it is the best for macro work, but I don´t do that. That´s the main disadvantage of this camera for me. 3- The EVF has to be turned on every time you need it. You can set it to automatically do so when you place the camera in your eyes, but there is an annoying delay. You can train yourself to press the shutter release while bringing the camera to your eyes or leave the EVF always on, which will drain more power. I'm still waiting to purchase my first Z lens to see how the combo works. I'm planning to buy the 14-30mm f/4 zoom and the Noct. Nikon said they will be released in spring, but I'm not sure in what year!

    Is it my impression or the long openings (windows?) of the top left tower are wider than the ones of the right tower? I checked on other photos and it seems an imperfection of the construction.

  21. At first I got no focus confirmation at all and had to turn on the peaking highlights to have something. The beloved, primitive, greend ot does not appear even with AF lenses. Maybe my camera is deffective or I did not find the right page to read in the manual.
  22. I believe the image quality of the Z6 if not equal would be better than of the D4s. It seems also to be very robust and reliable. The downsize is battery endurance, but there is no problem for me to carry one or two spares is my pocket. The less weight to carry makes me very happy, since I move a lot when photographing. Anyway, I'll keep my D5.
  23. I don't know what is happening. With manual focus lenses, any of them, the only way to check focus is by the peaking highlights feature, which I don't like at all. With AF lenses the red square focus indicator that you move through the frame becomes green when focus is achieved. Never seen the green dot so far. I'm still learning.
  24. I'm carrying it with me more often.... But I still don't like the missing green dot. With the AF lenses the red square focus indicator becomes green. That's super. Why not with the manual focus lenses? As someone told me, I've assigned my Fn1 button to zoom the viewfinder. It's not enough for me. I used a Zeiss 18mm f/3.5 Distagon in this pic .
  25. Very good condition. Just 9965 pics taken. With battery, strap, charger and manual. No box. Goes with a compactflash card, DK-19 rubber eyecup and Real Right Stuff bracket. I'll go to the USA in March and could carry with me to avoid customs problems (same for the 58mm f/1.2 Noct I'm still selling). Sorry guys from elsewhere for I don't know how to avoid these customs problems to ship it to there. US$ 3500
