70-300mmF4-5.6 R LM OIS WR

An all-round telephoto zoom that gives a bit more reach than the 55-200, whilst being a good bit smaller and lighter than the 100-400.  Doesn't feel too big even on small bodies like the X-E3.  A good mid-range package, which will take teleconverters if you need the extra reach.  Decent close focus capability (i.e. you can get your toes in focus when you point it at your feet.)
