Some Access Issues

It has been noted that some things are not working as they are supposed to since the move to the new server. For some strange reason Subscribing members have lost access to some databases and I am also not able to make changes to some of the templates used in the custom databases. I will be looking into this today (Tuesday 4 January) and will hopefully be able to resolve it without causing the rest of the site to be shut down. However, please note that this might need to be done, so if the site goes down today it will be for some maintenance that will hopefully not take too long.

Well, all the IPS software updates have been implemented but the problem I am having with the custom database templates persists. I have asked for help from the vendor - not sure when that will be arriving - so please note that there might still be a little downtime coming later today. Hopefully.

Happy to report that all the BTS issues that were giving me problems since the move have now been resolved. Forward march!
