Contributor Andrew L (gryphon1911) 1,131 Posted 16 December, 2020 Contributor Share Posted 16 December, 2020 I like them. Very sharp without being "crispy". Thanks for sharing. Anthony 1,150 Posted 17 December, 2020 Share Posted 17 December, 2020 I like the lion showing its soft side, appreciating the flowers. Or, maybe, just using them as cover for an ambush....

Administrators Dallas 3,160 Posted 23 December, 2020 Administrators Share Posted 23 December, 2020 I seem to recall there was talk about a new Ps action that could deal with camera shake in post production. Haven’t had the need to look for it myself (thanks IBIS), but maybe worth looking into, Maurice? My Gear List | Angle Of View
CarreraS 248 Posted 23 December, 2020 Author Share Posted 23 December, 2020 It's not an action but a PS filter .. I'm not sure this image suffers from shake, you can see his left whiskers are sharp .. maybe he was moving / 1/400th wasn't fast enough / there's not very much DoF at f5/ maybe front focussing a bit at short range ? Where's my book of 1000 photographer's excuses .. 🙃 .. but I'll give it a try ! cheers, Maurice 1 "Wild things are always faster" from 'Two Dogs' by Philip Hodgins Wild-Things@btconnect.com www.Wild-Things-Photography.com
Hugh_3170 498 Posted 24 December, 2020 Share Posted 24 December, 2020 Maurice, this is splendid. Just love it. As Mike Gorman used to say "Click up Large". Hope you have printed it large.
