A little too dark in the foreground for me. The top image can be cropped from the bottom to make the foreground less prominent, which will make the tree silhouette dominate the viewer's attention more. The second image I think if you can lighten the foreground to show more detail (without introducing noise) it could improve the scene quite a bit.

I'm home now and having a bit of a play with them on the computer, but still can't lighten up the foreground without washing out the colour in the sky.  Probably needs some masks applying, but I haven't got round to learning how to do that yet.
