Beautiful.

At least in November you do not have to get up quite so early for sunrise!

Beautifully captured. I grew up in the farm land and mountains of the USA midlands. I did not understand these colors until I visited Italy.

The layers are mesmerizing.

Thank you very much Anthony! :)  Yes indeed, I normally don't mind to wake up early but in June - July that is a bit pushing it even for me! :D

Thank you very much Roger, glad you enjoyed it! :) Yes, Tuscany has something special about it - the landscape and the light work together very very well, and no matter how many times I come back, I am always finding new inspiration there!

A couple of days ago, during the Workshop I am leading here in Asturias, we were talking about Tuscany and its amazing landscapes: I immediately started thinking about the beauty of this land in the fall, and realised once more that I can't wait to be back there very soon! This is Val d'Orcia, photographed during a Workshop I led there in November 2017. Leica SL, Leica APO-Vario-Elmarit-SL 90-280mm and Formatt-Hitech Firecrest filters.
