Thanks Vivion. I liked it immediately I saw it, but it took a good 10 minutes before I was happy enough with the composition to press the shutter release.

 

Having just ordered my first film purchase since 2010 (two Propacks of 120 T-Max 400), it works out at Au$1.33 per shot after postage was added. No machine-gun photography at that rate, only carefully considered shots from now on.

An art form, Mike - at present the ex-Soviets are supplying the raw materials with disassembled mechanical things from the 20th Century available on eBay and the like. Etsy's site gives an idea:

Imagine Mad Max post-apocalyptic design - although sometimes combined with a more Victorian or Edwardian look.
