EYE Amsterdam

Filmmuseum EYE, a striking building across the river IJ on the North side of Amsterdam.

Image shot on a typical dark late autumn afternoon, making use of a sudden break in the clouds.

Tough subject to frame and compose with so many options and difficulties ... but you managed very well Luc!

Thanks a lot Larry. Indeed a difficult subject, lots of people walking into view so I had to wait for a moment with few people in combination with sunlight on the building. Took me about 10 minutes of patience standing in cold and stormy weather. I also wanted to frame the building so I could correct the perspective in post and preserve the EYE sign, lamp post and Lookout on the right. Sometimes I wish I was less picky ::)
