▶︎ Inside Safari - Episode 1

Many months of planning went into deciding what video equipment I should use to film an inside look at our super successful Ultimate Big 5 Safari. I have posted a few video entries here on FZ showing how I went about this decision and also the things I bought to go with the iPhone 7 Plus that I eventually used to make this video series.

The past 3 weeks I have been seriously hard at work putting together this first short episode describing getting to Sabi Sabi. Man, I can't believe the amount of work that goes into this video stuff. From reviewing footage to selecting royalty free music, to working with transitions and sub-titles, I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to edit a full length feature film.

Anyway, here's the first episode. I hope you like it and I hope that if you have been wondering what it is like to come on safari with me, this will give you a taste. Please remember, I am not a videographer, so a lot of the footage is a bit shaky, but I wanted it to be as watchably amateur as possible so as to bring the authenticity to the foreground.

Thanks for posting this, Dallas.  It brought back a lot of memories from 2010, and it was good to see some faces from then.
