Some casual observations regarding the lenses: the 35mm 1.4 and 50mm 1.2 are quite soft wide open (more so than on the DSLRs), so far better suited to monochrome conversion. The 28-300mm VR performs very well in good light, less so in poor lighting. The 300mm f4 AFS performs well but needs good light to control the hunting. And the lack of a true wide angle hurts. The Hartblei tilt-shift 35mm is interesting, especially with video, but the effect is not particularly pronounced and the lens is soft wide open.
Here are a few with the 180mm AFD 2.8 at f8 (great handheld equivalent of a 500mm on DX), 180mm at f11 (the floral close up), the 35mm 1.4 AI-S (wide open and at f8), 16mm f/2.8 AF fish at 2.8 (with little distortion now) and the couple were taken with the 10-30mm 1 lens.
