I agree with what Ann has stated, but would add that Amazon has had a well-known tendency in their shipping department to pack expensive, delicate, complex photo equipment the same care and attention as they use when they ship a cookbook.

I buy most of my photographic equipment form Amazon.

I like one click; makes it easy.
They ship quickly and reliably and I can track the package.
It's easy to return anything that doesn't work.
I received an Epson 3800 printer once broken; they sent me a new one while I was
sending the broken one back; the two printers crossed in transit someone in the country - that's
my idea of excellent service.
They don't charge the credit card until the item ships; this is my one peeve about B and H.

I have nothing bad to say about Amazon; they try hard to be a great retailer and they succeed.
