i agree! i just picked up the nikor 85 1.4 and own a nikor 50 1.4. what to do?

you mean you don't own any MF-only glass?
then you trully haven't experienced real LL.

Oh yes, I still have some MF glass. I just can't focus it worth a d*mn any longer. The Nikon 35mm f/1.4 AIS is a fav of mine, just very difficult for me to get the focus right. And despite the MF my lust for the NOCT continues unabated.
