Solved: RRS B50L and MC-33 for the Nikon F100

Just got myself a nice Nikon F100 and want to buy the RRS B50L L-plate and the Nikon data cable MC-33.

Looks like Sunwayphoto makes various universal L-plates that might fit:

I not have Sunwayfoto L-plates but their Arca gear generally is very nice. I replaced one of my tripod head clamps with their stuff and I have one of their plate/clamp combos so that I can attach a body directly to the gimbal head of my large tripod. The plate/clamp combo is also nice when attaching a body directly to a monopod configured for lens plates (i.e. the clamp on top of the tilt head does not have to be rotated 90 degrees). I mean this "little thing":
