Just reviewing a few desert shots I took a long time ago, with a view to print-making. Abu Dhabi, approx. 1986, Pentax 67, Fuji Provia 100 film.

Yes, absolutely. This was the golden light of dawn on sands which were already deep gold.

I wasn't very far from a paved road, if truth be told; maybe 600m.

Interesting image Dave, love the composition and the colour and light is wonderful.

Hope you are going to share more of your work here, reckon you must have many
gems like this in your archive! :)

The quality of the larger format absolutely is noticeable regardless of the advances in digital :biggrin:
